[HITMAN 2] Speedrun PRO/SA #10 - Basement Killing 1:09

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin PRO/SA Speedrun. Mission 10: Basement Killing. Professional difficulty. Silent Assassin rank. Done in 1:09. COMMENTS: ------------------ A tough mission again. The main goal of this run is to arm the bomb as quickly as possible in order to activate a timer and around 24 seconds later the fire alarm will be triggered which causes the two guards at the end to get out of the room, allowing you to blow up the surveillance and kill the target. There are 2 main difficulties here: First, you have to be really fast at the beginning to sedate the guard, pick up the bomb, pick up the clothes and arm the bomb. Another guard comes in the room almost every time, so you have to make sure you already changed your clothes or he will suspect you. And then the other hard part is to headshot the target as soon as you open the door to gain a lot of time instead of walking to him with the fiber wire. Guns in this game can be very inaccurate sometimes, so firing from this far is a real challenge. There's also a pretty interesting thing happening at the end: The elevator guard followed me in the cave by taking the stairs and started attacking me but it didn't change anything since there was nobody to hear the shots so it didn't trigger an alert and I still got the Silent Assassin rank. The warning at the last second is linked to the guard I sedated because he woke up. You can prevent this by sedating him longer but you'll only lose time since it doesn't change your rank.
