Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation where you simply lie down, get comfy, and let me guide you into a state of deep rest. It’s like hitting reset for your mind and body - perfect if you’re stressed, overthinking, not sleeping well, or just need to recharge. Live sound healing provided by Meg Bolm. We will begin with 30 minutes of gentle movement just to arrive in our respective spaces and in our bodies. We will slowly make our way to the ground to get comfy and still. The following hour will the Nidra portion where I use specific cueing to take you through the layers of your consciousness to hit theta & delta brainwaves for a deep rest trance like state. This session specifically takes you through all the chakras, or energetic centers of your body. The goal is to get your out of your thinking mind and into your body- so just show up as you are. No need to perform, to “try to relax”, just give yourself permission to be exactly where you are in the present moment. Get cozy, and enjoy!
