Chernobyl warning: Ukraine energy company warns of possible disaster

The head of Ukraine's national nuclear energy company issued a warning saying a disaster is inevitable if power supplies to the decommissioned Chernobyl nuclear plant are not repaired. In a video address, Petro Kotin said 20,000 spent nuclear fuel assemblies stored in the Chernobyl nuclear plant require constant cooling that is impossible without power supply.
