Let’s make my new found love Aloo Dum Biryani 😋 ➡️ Steps :- 1. In a bowl add Curd, Ginger Garlic paste, Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Salt 2. Add Methi and Biryani Masala 3. Mix everything well 4. Add raw potatoes, Lemon juice, chopped mint leaves, Coriander leaves 5. Marinate and rest for a while ➡️ For Biryani rice 6. In boiling water add Cinnamon, green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Clove, Mace, Star anise, Bay leaf, Salt 7. Add washed Biryani rice 8. Cook for 5-6 min 9. Strain the rice when 80% cooked 10. Spread it in a plate ➡️ For Biryani Jhol 11. Heat oil in kadhai 12. Add sliced Onion and fry until brown in colour 13. Remove half of the fried Onion and keep separately 14. In the remaining oil add marinated potatoes 15. Fry for a while, cover and cook until oil separates ➡️ For Biryani layering - 16. Evenly spread rice over Jhol 17. Add generous amount of ghee and saffron milk 18. Top with remaining fried Onion / Birista and chopped coriander leaves 19. Cover the lid and seal the kadhai 20. Place kadhai on a pan, Cook on low flame for 10 min 21. Serve with raita and Enjoy!!
