Randolph Says German Compromise Needed for EU Solution

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Jan Randolph, director of sovereign risk at IHS Global Insight, talks about the outlook for this weekend's summit of European Union leaders seeking to resolve the sovereign-debt crisis. Randolph also discusses a Bloomberg report that European governments may unleash as much as 940 billion euros ($1.3 trillion) to fight the debt crisis by combining the temporary and planned permanent rescue funds.
