The Jaguar F-Type SVR is the first jaguar to have the SRV badge. Developed by Jaguar's Special Vehicle Operations department, this more powerful and lighter F-Type is the ultimate sport tourer.With 575hp from a supercharged 5.0L V8 engine and a lighter exhaust, the Jaguar F-Type SVR sound as good as it looks. The SVR is 25kg or 55lbs lighter than the F-Type R. This car comes with standard AWD for better grip and could be used year round. The exterior has been upgraded with a larger front air opening, lower spoiler, large rear wing and a defuse along the bottom of the car. The SVR wheel are also lighter plus this car can be equipped with even lighter option built from carbon fibre.The interior looks much better thanks to a liberal use of leather, faux suede and quilted seats. The Jaguar F-Type SVR starts at $143,500 in Canada, which is a bargain compared to other almost 600hp convertibles.
