Garden Grove Chua Vinh Minh Buddhist Temple fire

GARDEN GROVE: On 02-05-19 at approximately 11:40pm, Garden Grove firefighters responded to a structure fire in the 12200 block of Magnolia Street. Units arrived to find heavy smoke and fire from a home that was converted into a Buddhist Temple called Chua Vinh Minh. All occupants were able to get out. The Vietnamese community had just celebrated the Lunar New Year at the temple. The Temple was destroyed. No injuries were reported.
