Time-lapse of smoke from Mt. Diablo Morgan Fire - 9/8/2013 PM to 9/9/2013 AM

A view of the smoke from the Morgan fire on Mount Diablo near Clayton, CA as seen from Lafayette, CA. Mt. Diablo itself is not visible because of hills in the foreground. The fire started in the afternoon of 9/8/13. The time-lapse was started at 9:34pm on 9/8/13 with continuous 30" exposures until about 6am on 9/9/13. The time-lapse continues at about 6:20am on aperture priority with a photo every 15", ending at about 10:15am. The final video is shown at 30 frames per sec. (©2013 Dan Sherman)
