17 killed as Egyptians mark uprising anniversary

Egypt has marked four years since the so-called Arab uprising. Clashes between demonstrators and security forces continue in Cairo as the death toll rises to 17 across Egypt. Witnesses said security forces had once again used lethal force against dissenters. Special forces fired pistols and rifles at protesters.
