Freelance artist and nanny Alyssa Westhaver, 25, from San Diego, California, US, filmed her Golden Retriever named Coby sitting on the balcony and watching her neighbour. Once Alyssa’s neighbour, Sherwin Brown, noticed Coby watching him he started waving to the fascinated dog and they struck up a friendship.
