Trek to Valley of Flowers ~ Part 1 - Pulna to Ghangaria

Govindghat to Ghangaria is an easy to moderate trek, which you take on Day 1 of your trek to Valley of Flower. Govindghat to Pulna is 4 kms. You can get a shared Jeep from Govindghat to Pulna. The trek start from Pulna.Pulna to Ghangaria is 9 kms which takes around 9 hrs. The trek to Ghangaria is a moderate one with gradual ascent throughout on a well- defined trail. Mule and porter facility is available from Pulna.You will be trekking from Pulna at 2300 ft to Ghangaria at 9800ft. Helicopter service available from Govindghat to Ghangaria and fro.
