So once I figured out where the beatmaps were stored and swapped around one from P3D with P5D, the next logical step was try a P4D beatmap, and the results are more than satisfactory. Things we don't know yet: How beatmap files are mapped out What controls song lenght What controls when fever time happens What decides the song partners and so on.
