New Orleans Mardi Gras 2022 looking good as COVID cases drop
Dr. Jennifer Avegno says the vaccine mandate, low community spread and no positive results from tests given to a group of parade goers all bode well for Carnival. The mask mandate is lifted, crowds are going to Saints games, and conventions are returning to the city. And two weeks ago for Halloween, there was a parade through the city.
