Update on federal lawsuit against Windsor police officers

In a few months, a jury will hear what happened when two Town of Windsor police officers pulled over an Army lieutenant. Lt. Caron Nazario sued them after they pointed their guns at him and pepper sprayed him. This incident was captured on the officers' body cameras. Now both sides are preparing to argue their case.
