MACKEREL FISHING ON CHESIL BEACH

Tom takes a trip to Chesil beach and pulls out the fishing rod that hasn't seen the light of day for at least ten years. Full of doubt and prepared for disappointment he casts in his feathers and to his utter amazement comes out with eight lovely mackerel. The shoal was so close in that fish were literally jumping out of the water onto the beach. But when you fish you must be responsible. Only take what you need and don't waste it! Make sure you cook it all up and treat the fish with respect. Which we duly did and it was bloody gorgeous.
