It’s cooked with chicken or fish, papaya or chayote, leaves of siling labuyo or any pepper leaves, sautéed in garlic, onion and ginger with a salty flavor of fish sauce. Is said to be invented in the late 1800s, and it’s very easy to prepare and affordable one-pot meal. You can use a different part of chicken or fish. I used a ripe papaya to infused the sweetness of flavor with salty of the fish sauce and the broth of chicken with the spicy mixture of ginger, garlic and onion.
