Battlegates feature 15 repeatable optional battles. These blue spiked crystals appear upon clearing the game and are scattered across the worlds Clearing them unlocks accessories and Secret Reports. The last few Synthesis Materials and Adversaries can only be found in the Battlegates as well. They also happen to be suitable places to farm Synthesis Materials & XP. Clearing a certain number of Battlegates unlocks selfie poses as well. Selfie Poses Rewards: Palm of Your Hand (5) Yoink! (10) Finger Smack (15) To maximise efficiency, it's recommended to equip Sora with accessories that grant the Lucky Strike Ability: Lucky Ring Master Medal(s) The Favourite Deputy Keyblade also grants the Lucky Strike Ability. Install the Lucky Strike Ability for Goofy. Eat something with the EXP Incentive bonus to level up faster.
