[voice over] Keyless Enter ‘n Go lets you lock or unlock the doors, tailgate, swing gate, trunk, or liftgate… and start or shut down your engine without ever touching the key fob, as long as the key fob can be detected by the vehicle. [text on screen] Key fob must be outside the vehicle. [voice over] To lock or unlock the vehicle, you’ll need to have the key fob within 5 feet or 1.5 meters of the handle in use. The sensors are located inside the door, liftgate, trunk, or swing gate handles. [text on screen] Truck tailgates may not have passive entry sensors. [voice over] Grab a handle, and it will unlock. [text on screen] Key fob must be outside the vehicle. [voice over] To lock all the doors, push the lock button on one of the handles. Be careful not to grab the handle, or you could activate the unlock sensor and accidentally unlock the door. Remember, you can also lock the doors with the lock button on the interior door panel or with the lock button on the key fob. To start the engine, make sure the transmission’s in Park. [text on screen] Key fob must be inside the vehicle when starting the engine. [voice over] Then press and hold the brake pedal while pushing the Engine Start/Stop button and you’re good to go. To turn off the engine, come to a complete stop, shift into Park, then push and release the Engine Start/Stop button. To use accessories without starting the vehicle, don’t press the brake pedal. [text on screen] Key fob must be inside the vehicle. [voice over] Instead, just push the Engine Start/Stop button once to enter the Accessories, or ACC, position, if equipped. From there, you can activate the radio, wipers and windows. Push the button again to enter the On/Run position so you can activate the instrument cluster and certain climate controls. On vehicles without an ACC position, pushing the button once will take you from Off/Lock to On/Run. [text on screen] To avoid battery drain, always return the ignition switch to the Off/Lock position. [voice over] Push the button one more time to return to the Off/Lock position.
