WARNING: Don't try Frame Gen!!! Although it helps reach a higher FPS, there is a heavy input lag when activating it, which is not good at all when playing such a game with intense actions. This can be seen when comparing between 37:36 (with Frame Gen) and 45:21 (without Frame Gen). FSR helps achieve a better FPS compared to DLSS. My recommendation: Medium settings, FSR Performance.
