ICC case on Israeli attacks: Legal team to represent Abu Akleh

The International Criminal Court has a clear mandate to investigate Israel’s killing of Palestinian journalists as a war crime. That is according to journalists and lawyers who filed a case last month. They have now expanded it to include the shooting of Al Jazeera’s Shireen Abu Akleh, who was killed by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank earlier this month.
