Fixing Youview Humax box (nearly ready booting problem)

I had the problem of my Humax Youview box not booting up, it had power and displayed the loading screen but never got to the point I could actually watch to etc. I took the hard drive out and gave it it's own power source and connected the data cable back into he motherboard and it worked first time. I couldn't really believe it to be honest, gave it a try and it worked! Let me know if this worked for you too!
