Diamond's Channel / @diamond-tw8ym Man um I do not know what to say about this, I decided recently to try this out while calling with my best buddy Doom and other friends and I so happen wanted to do this. I actually was playing before I called with my friends a while back and I had some paces that were pb pace but I never imagined that I would get this on a call with me having a epic reaction. This is also my first time EVER GETTING SUPER CLOSE TO THE STOMPER ON LAP 3 with making it a official pace lock and my goal was completed. And I have been using different strat changes on this track for a long time from using the wii wheel on here getting the lake jump cut with one mushroom all 3 laps. Then after that I thought I wouldn't be able to get 1:56 so later on I got a new controller which was the Classic Controller and it helped out alot and I have been using it ever since. Even though i went trough and crap ton of Classic controllers which now I'm using the I got with this run currently. Later on in the following years I would start using different mushroom strategies and successfully pulling off the shroomless lake cut with the flame runner with the Classic Controller, even though I have made it with the wii wheel with sneakster lol. Once I got too 1:55 territory I had trouble beating the lap 2 stomper which I did by barley getting squashed by it with me getting a bounce after it. Then finally I was in 1:52 territory with me doing lake cut lap 1 and shroomless lap 2 and 3 then realized lake cut is best too use for 0-1-2 or 1-0-2 so yea I went to 1-1-1 shroomless and got my first ever 1:51 time which was a 1:51.739 and this track too me is my most played and my favorite i could say since I use too play this with the blue falcon and using it on sherbet land because the turns were satisfying with the ghost race music and cave sounds on sherbet land and conveyor belt on Toads Facotry. Analysis Lap 1: This lap was my fastest ever Lap 1 on Toad's Factory and my first ever 37.2 which is insanely crazy and hardly any big mistakes or small mistakes accept for the nudge on the first turn to the stomper and miss wheelie after lake cut. Lap 2: Was almost my fastest lap 2 but I'm happy with how it turned out too be with the low jump being the same as lap 1. Lap 3: Once I saw the lap split I got really nervous and told everyone in the call to be quiet while I try to finish the run. Once I got too the stompers I had to cancel my wheelie for the second stomper specifically so that I don't hit it while its going up. I manage to barely go under it and had to swerve a bit before I could perfectly go right under the second stomper. Once I went under I drove like normal until the double mini turbo section. The lap 3 conveyor belt was pretty good, but could be slightly tighter, but since I had major nerves I wanted too play a little safe so that I don't mess the pace up. Once I got too the shroomless cut lap 3 I got a bad bounce but made it and almost hit the tractor. My angle was wide but I drift very tight and it paid off. Once I hit the last boost panel I decided to not go for the wheelie since I'm use too doing it on the left side and not the right side. Fortunately I did get the low trick, but it wasn't as low as lap 1 and 2 but was still a very nice low trick in the end. Once I landed I got a slight bounce that didn't really cause too much though, either way i got my wheelie out really quickly and manage to finish the run with me beating my previous official time on ctgp by over .1 and skipped .4 which too me is insane. And what I mean by official is that I had another time that wasn't on the ranking but was on my stuff or the no sound trigger section which doesn't really count either way. Doom was watching and so as everyone else and Doom said too me once I got the low "Go Colin you got this" and his words made me do it.
