Microtransactions Have Been REMOVED From Star Wars: Battlefront 2! (2017) This HUGE Update came from an EAStarWars Blog post that revealed Crystals, Battlefront 2's Premium Currency would be removed from sale effective IMMEDIATELY! The Crystals will be returning at a later date, however this will be after they've made changes to the game, hopefully that means they will tune the Crystals to be purely for cosmetic items or something similar to Battlefield 1's shortcut kits.
