With ongoing immigration enforcement ramping up across the country, Las Vegas Immigration Attorney Meesha Moulton is weighing in on what she and other immigration attorneys are seeing within the courtroom. Moulton says currently she, like many other immigration attorneys across the country, is facing challenges upon noticing some legal discrepancies when it comes to immigration enforcement not only for their clients who may be undocumented but also for others who may already be going through the legal process as well. “What we are noticing is a lot of violations, unfortunately. So, we are working through these different situations, and I think that it has just become political, unfortunately,” Moulton said. One challenge Moulton says she has noticed is that some already undergoing the legal process to obtain legal status within the U.S. have also found themselves detained by ICE agents.
