I'll be using a 20-pound kettlebell, but you can choose a weight that suits your strength level – and dumbbells work great as an alternative. This workout will challenge you, combining strength and toning for powerful results. We’ll start with a warm-up to activate your muscles, preparing you for the main workout. In each exercise, you’ll work for 50 seconds and rest for 25 seconds, building intensity as we go. We’ll begin with goblet squats to target the quads and glutes, followed by Bulgarian split squats for a deep leg and glute burn, and then move on to kettlebell swings for explosive power. The workout continues with split-stance Romanian deadlifts on each leg to engage the hamstrings and glutes, lateral squats for side-to-side stability, and finishes with a dedicated abs series to build core strength.
