Minecraft Launcher Won't Open or Not Responding

A quick tutorial on a strange error I encountered: Minecraft wouldn't open, so I tried and tried until I finally managed to repair my drivers, specifically the 2017 ones. Apparently, Minecraft accidentally downloaded one. As you know, this channel is dedicated to video games, but if I run into an error, I try to fix it, and if I find the solution, I upload it because I clearly couldn't find a tutorial that helped me.
