Tofa family blown away by community support for son's life-saving surgery

Last week we shared the story of Junior Tofa, a 13-year-old Samoan boy who was diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease while stuck in New Zealand due to Covid-19. Our audience were quick to respond, donating thousands of dollars to Junior's Givealittle page. Thanks to the generosity of the community, Junior will now be able to have a life-saving operation, and his family will also be able to properly support Junior in his recovery. Marama T-Pole spoke to the Tofa family, who joyfully give their thanks to everyone who has supported Junior on his journey. Junior's Givealittle page: https://givealittle.co.nz/cause/otara...
