Forza 7 Drag race: Mercedes-AMG GTR vs Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 (2017)

Hello everyone and welcome back to the series of Forza drag races, and today we have an American vs German battle, featuring the 2017 Chevrolet Corvette ZL1, and of course, The 2017 Mercedes-AMG GTR. Lets take a look at their specifications. Lets start off with 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. Which is a front-engined sports muscle car by Chevrolet, debuted to Forza in the Duracell Car Pack back in Forza Horizon 3, The 2017 Camaro ZL1 replaces the fifth generation Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 (2012), and it is the most powerful Camaro model ever made, with a 6.2L Supercharged LT4 V8 from the Corvette C7 Z06, it produces 650 bhp and 650 lb.ft of torque, weighing at 1761 kg and it has two optional gearboxes, can use either a rev-matching six-speed manual transmission or a newly-designed 10-speed 10R90 automatic transmission, the latter of which was lead designed and patented by Ford. To reflect this, General Motors uses Ford's alphanumeric nomeclature of "R" (10R90) instead of "L" (8L90). The Ford transmission is adapted for use with GM engines with a different bell housing and shift logic calibration. The Forza renditions of the ZL1 use the manual, and it sends the power to its RWD. Now lets move onto 2017 Mercedes-AMG GTR. Which is a RWD supercar by Mercedes-AMG. It also debuted to Forza in Forza Horizon 3 as part of the Logitech G Car Pack. The Mercedes-AMG GT R is a high-performance variant of the Mercedes-AMG GT S fastback coupé. Unveiled at the 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed, it features a front-mid-mounted M178 twin-turbocharged V8 engine, displacing 4.0 liters (3,982 cc) and producing 577 hp (430 kW) and 516 ft·lb (700 N·m) of torque. Weighing at 1555 kg and it uses a 7-Speed dual-clutch transmission that sends the power to its RWD. Now with all the specifications given, lets line them both down the straight of Le Mans and find out the results. Shout out to my partner ZemFlo for the great support:    / zemflo
