"The one that makes the most sense would be Crawford...he might even be able to beat Pacquiao...that would be Bob Arum making a new superstar...I don't think that's a very smart for Pacquiao...Amir Khan is probably going to be the most difficult...Pacquiao might not even catch him," stated world-class trainer Robert Garcia, who shared his thoughts on who he thinks 8-division world champion Manny Pacquiao should face when he makes his return to the ring.
