In a bowl, soak urad dal in water for 1 hour 2. Grind soaked urad dal to a fine thick batter 3. To the batter, add cumin seeds, peppercorns, onion, green chilli, rice flour, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and mix well to make a thick batter (Note: You can increase the amount of rice flour until the batter becomes thick) 4. Dip hand in water 5. Take a small ball of batter and make a hole in centre 6. Deep fry them in oil 7. Flip both the sides until it becomes light brown color 8.
