Full title reads: "Rome Celebrates". Rome, Italy. GV and MSs. of the Mussolini Stadium packed with children drawn from Italian Fascist youth movements. VS. of Benito Mussolini (Il Duce) arriving at the stadium and taking his place on the platform overlooking the arena where hundreds of youths are drawn up waiting to commence the display in honour of the anniversary of the city of Rome. Various panning shots over the crowded stadium as the children sing patriotic songs - nat. sound. LS. Pan with Mussolini walking briskly out of the stadium, the children rush forward to see him. VS. of Mussolini waving to dense crowds from a balcony of the Palazzo Venezia. High GV pan over dense crowds. VS.
