It’s 6 p.m. and already dark in Folsom, but the chill of night isn’t stopping a group of dedicated mountain bikers from hitting the trails. Every Tuesday evening, they gear up, flip on their high-powered lights, and take to the forest for an exhilarating ride under the stars.
