Monday, Oct. 6th, 2025: One more summer-like day before rain returns along with a cooldown

Tuesday brings another summer-like day with highs around 80, but we'll see increasing clouds through the day ahead of a cold front that will bring rain chances late Tuesday and into Wednesday morning's commute. The rain will quickly clear by Wednesday afternoon, and we'll see a clearing of the skies with a brisk NNW wind only allowing highs to reach around 70 Wednesday. Thursday and Friday, highs will only reach into the lower to mid-60s, which is more typical of late October, plus get ready for chilly mornings, too as overnight lows are expected to slip into the 40s.
