Early Pulsed Electrolysis System Investigation

In this video I am beginning my investigation into the pulsed electrolysis systems. There are many people on youtube who have no doubt have gotten much further than I have. I believe that one of the keys to a super efficient system is using the electrolysis cell as a capacitor. I also have a secondary capacitor hooked up to the cell in parallel. Also, a few people report using a PWM wave generation board in their systems. The likelihood that ALL these people across so many different countries are doing the same 'hoax' is extremely unlikely. I believe that the technology is real and is being suppressed by money hungry elites (just a personal opinion).
