This short, yet detailed video will show you how to get all 5 Power Cells needed to get the Secret Shield-Weaver Outfit that's by far the Best Outfit. You can use this method on PC and PS4. NOTE: Keep in mind in order to obtain the best armor in the game the secret shield weaver armor, you will have to reach almost the ending of the game, as you won't be able to obtain it before then without using glitches. You will also have to visit all Power Cell Locations to get it. In order to get horizon secret armor, you have to obtain all power cells and in this guide I show you all the power cell locations and how to get them. Once you have them all, head back to the Ancient Armory bunker to get the Zero Dawn's best armor. There you'll need to complete a dial puzzle that requires power cells which you obtain from all the locations mentioned in the video. Getting them all will finish the Ancient Armory quest and it will grant you Horizon Secret Armor Shield Weaver Armor. The Shield Weaver Outfit will grant you a force-field shield that will protect your health from enemy attacks and it will regenerate on it's own after not taking any damage for more than a couple of seconds.
