DA Appealing Manslaughter Indictment Dismissal

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) The Baldwin County District Attorney's Office is appealing a judge's decision to dismiss a manslaughter indictment. The indictment against Kevin Davis was dismissed before the start of his trial. Davis was indicted in the 2010 death of Foley man Randall McKenzie. He's accused of being under the influence and speeding when his vehicle veered off the road. McKenzie was a passenger.
