Back to Black...what a title!. Honestly this album found me at a perfect time. I needed something like it and it has been on repeat ever since I recorded my reaction. Now after the day that I sat down to record, I went down in this Amy Winehouse rabbit hole. Watched her interviews, her live performances, her final days, and how cruel the world was to her. I feel so empty on the inside - watching her life quickly flashing by. She was such a lovely sweet soul, I had no idea. And my god what a talent. Truly heartbreaking and I cannot stop thinking about it. That said, I will definitely listen to Frank in the near future too because only that will help soothe this pain.
