DNA molecule movie
An mpg movie clip shows a pair of beads between which is tethered a (invisible) DNA molecule. One bead is trapped in a laser-trap and the other is manipulated using a pipette. On pulling, the movement of the trapped bead reports the force as the DNA is stretched.
