Explosion from manhole at multi-storey carpark in Bukit Batok West | THE BIG STORY

Investigations are underway following an explosion from a manhole in Bukit Batok West on Tuesday morning (Aug 24). Read more: https://str.sg/3iPS The footage - from a car's dashboard camera - showed a fireball erupting from a manhole on the ground floor of the estate's multi-storey carpark. According to the Singapore Civil Defence Force, the incident did not lead to a fire and there was no reported injury. Preliminary investigations indicate that the incident is accidental in nature.
