Backstory: Radio transmission between enemy cells has been intercepted by a CIA operative talking about a plan to attack an unknown location. We believe to have identified one of the participants of the transmission. Abdullah Sadiqi, a wealthy businessman we believe to be financially backing terrorist cells inside the region of Al Rayak. To prevent this preluding attack, a Tier 1 operator group has been tasked with raiding the Sadiqi compound and capturing Abdullah and his 2 sons alive for interrogation.
