EU Stands by Armenia

Ambassador Traian Hristea repeated the EU's insistence despite Armenia's decision to join the Customs Union. In this interview with Salpi Ghazarian, highlighting civil society responsibilities, continuing EU engagement, willingness to support Armenia to the extent that Armenia is willing to move forward with reforms, Hristea did not compare EU reaction to Armenia's and Ukraine's decisions to move away from the EU, and repeated that the EU's decisions are value-based, not geopolitically driven.
