Uber app crashing down! Effecting acceptance rates/Losing gold/Platinum/Diamond benifits.

What's up yall! Jay out here driving around Los Angeles! Been running into this problem with the app, and it has been effecting my benifits I have earned through lots of hard work and time put in, and I'm sure some of you have been effecting by this as well. Basically.... The app has been crashing down very frequently at the point of accepting an incoming ride request. The light flashes, the sound goes off letting me know someone needs a ride, I click my screen to accept it.. And all of a sudden my pandora will cut off, and my uber app will freeze up then reboot without the ride I had just accepted. This registers to the app as a declined ride and becuase of that my acceptance rate has dropped from about a 90% down to an 81% right now. The uber call support is useless in this situation besides documenting the problem to fix it on the app for everyone, but personally they can not do anything to your acceptance rate, it is what it is! Also I went into a Greenlight uber hub here in Mid City and even they cant adjust this issue, only help to fix it from happening again. Very disappointing, becuase since this teir system came out I've been busting out many hours 7 days a week so I can acquire the most perks/benifits for making money. Very disappointing!!!
