EastEnders: Nick Cotton Scenes - Episode 270 (Part 1 of 3)

Nick looks dead and Dot goes to get help but Nick jolts at the last minute. He jokes about being able to come back from the dead. Dr Legg gets a mention and Nick pleads with Dot to stay with him. Dot wants to get Charlie but Nick refuses, explaining it's bad gear and it should pass. This is where he talks about all ghosts riding him. Eddie Royle, Emma Summerhayes, Ashley Cotton and then Reg Cox. He does finally confess to Dot 30 years later and shows no remorse, even now. Now this is canon because Dot never wanted to think he did it. Dot is disgusted and wonders what she's done to deserve an evil son. Nick tells her she got herself laid and she slaps him. They talk about the history, Nick took his first drug as a teenager and this is pretty much canon too. Nick blames Dot because of his upbringing but this is just talk because we know Dot spoiled him thanks to Ethel but we also know she locked him up as a child so both can be true. Nick is getting weaker and Dot promises to ring an ambulance. She prayed instead, letting Jesus decide. Nick asks her to come closer and his last words are "I'm sorry, ma; everything I ever put you through. Forgive me". Dot tells him to ask Jesus, he'll forgive you and he draws his last breath. Dot gives one last kiss and tells him she'll see him in the morning. I got so many thoughts but I was almost crying. 13th February 2015.
