2&1/2 cup of flour 2&1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup of butter 1&3/4 cup of sugar 4 large eggs 1 tbs vanilla extract 1 cup of butter milk( 1 cup of milk mix with 1tbs of vinegar) Instructions: Preheat oven 175^oC. Greese your pan Cream butter and sugar Add eggs one at a time beating them well after each adding. Stir in vanilla extract Whisk dry ingredients in a separate bowl; flour, baking powder,salt Add flour in 3 parts and milk in two parts Mix on low speed until combined Pour in pan, smoothen top and bake for 35mins. Cool before serving
