Hangkai Outboard Motor Long Time Review

Testing top speed on my Hangkai 4hp 4-stroke outboard motor. I adjusted the motor tilt angle, installed new NGK spark plug, new aluminium propeller and a DIY exhaust muffler/pipe. Is this motor worth buying? Absolutely, but it is not a 4hp motor, it is more like 2hp. Important! never let the motor lie down filled with oil and gasoline, oil will leak into the cylinder! not a big problem as you can see in the video but still a bit annoying. Same with gasoline, if you fill it up full it will leak out if the motor isn't in upright position. If you bought this motor do not trust the manual that comes with it, not only is it in poor english its also full of errors. Learn how to properly maintain your China made outboard motor.
