Ingredients 500 gms Chicken (curry cut pieces) Dry Roasting : ¼ cup Dry Coconut (Copra) 1 Black Cardamom (slightly crushed) 3 Green Cardamoms 4 to 5 Cloves 2 small piece Stone Flower (Dhagad Phool) 2 sticks Cinnamon 2 thin blades Mace (Javitri) 1 tsp Peppercorns 1 large Bay Leaf 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds 6 to 8 Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies 1 tbsp White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til) 1 tsp Poppy Seeds (Khus Khus) A handful of coriander leaves Water as required for grinding Other Ingredients : 4 to 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil 2 large Onions (finely chopped) 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2 to 3 Tomatoes (Pureed) Salt as per taste ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 250 to 300 ml lukewarm Water ( I forgot to mention lukewarm water in the video) 3 to 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) Note : tsp is teaspoon tbsp is tablespoon For detailed recipe please watch the video.
