RobbRyder….,again. Wanted to share some points of interest .. like Birth Certificates, Debt Collectors and franchises… Right off the bat is the fact that there exist and is mandated by law to have been registered within 5 days of birth a “ U. S. Standard Certificate of Birth”. This is the “Form” that the State Registrar is to file when completed… and it’s a 2 page 8x14 long paper form asking for specific information that is different than what you find on the Certificate of Live Birth you have now. Also.. it’s the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) that has jurisdiction over “Debt Collectors”… and the Federal Act (From FTC) clearly points out what can and cannot be done… I got to many things going now, but think it should be tried by anyone in a foreclosure. They claim to be debt collectors, but they are simulating a legal process and using “Names” other than on their attorney license.. …
