Not that I don't appreciate oily skin, there are so many amazing benefits of oily skin but when it comes to makeup, I love beautiful matte makeup. Maybelline just introduced their Maybelline Fit Me Matte+Poreless Foundation , a foundation specially for oily and acne prone skin.Maybelline Fit Me Matte+Poreless Foundation costs 525 INR for 30ml of product and comes in this glass bottle. It comes in 5 color variants, I have it color Sun Beige ,Beige Soleil.I am a girl with big open pores, extremely oily acne prone skin. For me getting matte finish makeup is just very difficult. I tried .. with super high expectations,its a very loved product of many youtubers. Maybelline Fit Me Matte+Poreless Foundation is a medium consistency foundation which blends into skin pretty easily. It works as both primer and foundation. You will notice a huge difference in your pores , it reduces them and gives skin a smooth , airbrushed look. Generally a mattifying foundation gets picked up by the dry patches and makes them look even worse, this one doesn't. As the foundation is pretty lightweight, you can put on quite a few layers on and build the coverage. The finish is 100 % matte but nit drying or mask like at all. I used my Maybelline Fit Me Set Smooth Powder to set it and everything stayed matte for 4-5 hours. Pros: 1. Very lightweight product 2. Medium coverage but can be built by layering. 3. Does not get cakey 4. Does not mess with the dry patches 5. Magically reduces the appearance of pores. 6. No need of primer under. 7. 100% matte finish. 8. Sets quickly you don't have yo wait to put on another layer. 9. It doesn't set that quick that you don't get time to blend. 10. Looks very natural onn. Cons: 1. Maybelline recently launched their Maybelline Fit Me Set Smooth Powder in India, its said to be the best face powder for oily skin, I had to give it a try.Maybelline Fit Me Set Smooth Powder costs 475INR for 9g of product. It comes in this two level , at top is the powder and in the bottom is a mirror and sponge. I have it the color Sun Beige. Maybelline Fit Me Set Smooth Powder is a finally milled, super smooth powder. A complete opposite of Maybelline Clear Complex Powder, it has a lot if color and coverage to it. The powder gets easy picked up by the brush and blends in seamlessly, give a natural look. If you look at the powder up close, you will see very tiny shimmer, good part is this shimmer doesn't cones off on fave. The powder gives a nice matte finish. I like that the fan if powder is wide enough for any brush to fit in but when you swirl the brush, not only does the brush picks it up, it literally goes all over the place, just like a loose powder. Pros: 1. Adds coverage 2. Keeps oils at bay for 4 hours. 3. You can touch up easily. 4. Does not look cakey. 5. Gives a matte look. 6. Does nit make look skin dry , lifeless and mask life. 7. Fancy dual level packaging. 8. Big enough mirror. Cons: 1. The powder goes all around. 2. A little bag packaging to carry around.
