2 women, child killed by falling missile debris outside locked shelter in Kyiv

Ukraine's capital has again been pounded by a barrage of Russian missiles, with a child and two adults, who were locked out of a shelter, killed by falling debris. Since the full-scale invasion began last year, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says at least 484 children have been killed by Russia.
