A table is the basic building block of any Access database. It stores data in rows and columns, similar to a spreadsheet, where each row represents a record and each column represents a field. Steps to Create a Table in MS Access: Open Microsoft Access Launch MS Access and open an existing database or create a new blank database. Go to the Create Tab On the top menu (Ribbon), click on the Create tab. Select Table Design Click on Table Design to create a table with custom fields and data types. Define Field Names and Data Types Enter a Field Name (e.g., StudentID, Name, DateOfBirth). Choose an appropriate Data Type (Text, Number, Date/Time, Currency, etc.). Add a brief description if needed. Set Primary Key Select a field (such as StudentID) and click on Primary Key to uniquely identify each record. Save the Table Click Save, give your table a suitable name, and press OK. Enter Data Switch to Datasheet View to start entering records into the table.
